Please note: Students must confirm their student status during registration. Please provide a scanned copy of the student ID or a letter from the faculty. Please note that the document has to be written in English. The student category means PhD student, Master's student, Bachleor's student.

Please note: When registering for the early fee, the payment for the registration must be completed by the end of the early bird registration fee deadline. Otherwise, the higher fee automatically applies for the registration, and you will receive a new invoice from Delegate Services. The late fee must be paid in full prior to the conference, or the participant will be required to pay the higher on-site fee in cash or by credit card at the registration desk.

Cancellations free of charge (except a handling fee of 50€) are possible until 15 June 2025. Please see the detailed cancellation information in the section "Terms & conditions". Please submit your cancellation to the Delegate Services in writing via e-mail: nordicstroke2025@publicon.ee.
If you have special or specific needs, please e-mail to nordicstroke2025@publicon.ee so that we are able to consider accessibility and any other needs that are necessary to be met.

If you choose online payment (payment by credit card), you will be directed to the website of the online payment service provider Everypay and the invoice will be sent to you automatically after successful payment. For the payment you will need credit card with you and you need to insert the data from the credit card to make a successful payment. We do not send out separate receipts for the payment, the confirmation from Everypay and invoice are the proof of the payment.

If you select payment by bank transfer, the invoice will be automatically sent to you via e-mail together with the confirmation letter and you can then pay by bank transfer or forward the invoice to your organisation for payment.
